Domestic and International

FLAT RATE DOMESTIC SHIPPING (based upon total purchase price of order):

NOTE: Domestic is within Contiguous U.S. (not including Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or military locations)

Outside the Contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, military locations) we typically ship via regular US Priority Mail or US Global Priority Mail but may use other carriers if they are more cost effective. If you require a particular carrier please request this in the special instructions. For large orders your choice of shipping company or brokerage can be arranged; but, we cannot accept credit cards for these orders and upfront payment by wire transfer is required before shipment.

ADDITIONAL INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TERMS :

• Shipping and billing addresses must be the same
• Shipping charges vary from region to region and fees will be e-mailed to the customer for acceptance upon receiving the online order
• The buyer is solely responsible for any import custom duties or taxes due in his/her country at the time of delivery
• Vita Futura may request additional identification verification to ensure secure ordering
• Some delivery restrictions may apply. We will contact you immediately if this is the case.

We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States.

We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions. You are responsible for any brokerage fees, duties or taxes that may apply.
